Investigators from 32 countries of the world formed the jury that analyzed 650 products presented by 160 nations, and delivered five awards for each of the eight competing categories, said WSA website www.wsis-award.org .

The website is part of a program for innovation and development from the Cuban Ministry for Science, Technology and Environment (CITMA) headed by the Enterprise for Information Technology and Advanced Telematic Services (CITMATEL).
