Cuba's best rowers will train in Mexico in July, as part of their preparation for the Olympic Games in Beijing, China, in August.

The Cuban delegation is headed by Karel Aguilar and Serguey Torres, who have won several medals at world championships and cups in the C-2 category.
Other Cuban rowers who will go to Beijing are Aldo Pruna and Jorge García, who will compete in C-2 (canoe) and K-1 (kayak) tournaments, respectively.
The other two athletes are Raidel Ramos (canoe) and Reinier Torres (kayak), who will make the delegation as substitutes.
Although only Pruna has Olympic experience, the Aguilar-Torres pair is the favorite to win medals in the Beijing games.
