These countries put in doubt that the declaration is going to achieve really the objective to end the hunger in the world.

Argentina was clearly opposed to the text of the Final Declaration of the Summit on Food

After the objections of Argentina, the critics, in the first place arrived of Venezuela, whose representant assured that her country " is sorry" ‘cause in the summit " the opportunity to fight against the flagellum which isn’t a crisis had been lost and that isn’t a coyuntural".

The criticisms to the declaration continued with Cuba, Ecuador, Nicaragua and Bolivia. In the Final Declaration of the Summit, the leaders of the world commit themselves, since already they have done in previous occasions, to eliminate the hunger in the world and not to use foods like a political and economic instrument.
