Las Tunas, Cuba, Selects Its Delegates to the National Forum Creative Women

Among the approached topics stand out: The Woman and Her Action in the Energy Saving, The Feeding and the Protection to the Environment, as well as The Managerial Woman, and Main Character in the Substitution of Imports and in the Programs of the Battle of Ideas.
In this local forum, that counted on four work commissions, 44 projects and investigations were presented on education, health, culture, sugar and light industry.
The topics related with the family and the role of the communication and the technology in the formation of the new generations and in the preservation of the cultural traditions were also unavoidable for the participants.
The National Event Creative Women will pay homage to Vilma Espín Guillois and Rosa Elena Simeón, who were driving forces for the recovery of the woman's rights in Cuba and for their insert in the social economic transformation of the country.
The forum annually, announced by the National Association of Innovators and Rationalizers, that joins to 173, 396 woman in country, and with the support of the Federation of Cuban Women (FMC) and the Ministry of Science Technology and Environment (CITMA), counts on manual and intellectual workers, technicians or scientific workers, as well as housewives.
