The volume is an anthology and complements a previous book entitled "Cicatrices en la memoria," stated Cuban writer Alberto Guerra.
The book was produced by "Capital San Luis" editorial house, prefaced by poet Roberto Fernandez Retamar and with epilogue by Cuban Peoples´ Power National Assembly president Ricardo Alarcon.
The book is a combined creation by 19 writers, 20 artists and 10 musicians, all genuine representatives of Cuban culture that, since their perspective, recognize the value of the five compatriots in defense of their people´s life.
Also today, Cuban writer and journalist Luis Baez presented his book "Los que se fueron/Los que se quedaron,"produced by Editora Abril publisher.
Cuba, which this time celebrates 25 years of attending the Fair opened last week, participates with a delegation made up of Guerra and Baez, writer Jorge Fornet and journalist Nirma Acosta, director of "La Jiribilla"magazine.
