Other characters with important historical attraction selected in the vast research from the CENCREM, are the U.S. writer Ernest Hemingway (1899-1961), 1954 Literature Nobel Prize and the famous Cuban poet José Lezama Lima (1912-1976).

There is also the figure of the novel writer Alejo Carpentier (1904-1980), 1977 Cervantes Award and forerunner of Latin American magical realism, among others.

The research collects proposals such as Rutas y Andares (Routes and walks), a recreational option for the Cuban family, where the city with its cultural values are made available through museums. This project is organized by the Heritage Direction from the Office of the Historian of the City.

Other programs capable of being successfully inserted in cultural tourism are the so called Coffee, Slave, Tobacco, Cuban-Aboriginal, Theme Parks and Afro-Cuban Chapter Routes.

There is also the Route of Cuban Music, with the exhaltation of values such as the famous singer Benny More (1919-1963) and Arsenio Rodríguez (1911-1970), among others.
