In Support of Cuban Anti-Terrorist Fighters Held in US Prisons: Peruvians March
According to Granma news daily, the president of the committee, Alejandra Ramirez, said that the peaceful demonstration will cover part of the downtown area of Lima, the Peruvian capital.

Ramirez added that participants in the march will demand the immediate release of Ramon Labanino, Rene Gonzalez, Gerardo Hernandez, Antonio Guerrero and Fernando Gonzalez - internationally known as the Cuba Five - who were arrested in 1998 for infiltrating anti-Cuba terrorist groups in South Florida that were planning and carrying out terrorist attacks against the island.

The demonstration organized by the Peruvian Youth Committee in Solidarity with the Cuban Five is also supported by the Parliamentarian League of Friendship with Cuba and by all the Cuba-Peru friendship houses in the South American nation.
