Began 11th Congress of the Cuban's Middle School Student Federation (FEEM).
FEEM president Patricia Flechilla told Prensa Latina that attendees will analyze in commissions the organization's internal labor, culture, international relations and their participation in the defense of Cuba.
The event will be attended by 700 delegates and dedicated to Commander Ernesto Guevara, the 50th anniversary of the Revolution, and Cuban women.
Cuban President Raul Castro and comrade Fidel will be the honorary guests of the gathering, in addition to the five Cuban anti-terrorist fighters unfairly imprisoned in US jails since 1998, represented by their relatives, the student leader said.
