Book on Internationalists experiences in Angola has been printed
Bloody encounters with the enemy at the savannahs in Angola have been included in the pages of second volume of "Combatientes de El Mayor", the last of 26 titles printed in 2007 by publishing house Ácana.

Readers will receive the book this year; it is part of a broadcast trilogy of literary work written by Benito Estrada that mirrors his personal experiences as internationalist. The work includes his preparation in Cuba and his return to the island.

The second volume makes a compilation from June 2nd to October 4th of 1976, and it narrates the experiences of the battalion Gloria Combativa, which was mainly composed by reservists from Camagüey.

Estrada pointed out to the AIN that this period includes near 100 actions against the enemy carried out by members of the Battalion at the south, center, east and southeast of the country.

In relation to the solidarity of Cuban Internationalists to the African nation, the author also wrote poem books such as: "Desde el Turquino hasta el Cunene" and "Crónicas de una Victoria" - both awarded nationally - and poem "Romanza por Carlota", besides two other novels that have not been published yet.
