Yarianny Ramírez, Dayán Pompa and Yaikel Céspedes are the direct delegates to the Eleventh Congress of the Federation of Yunior and Senior High Students (FEEM) that will represent to this eastern province of Las Tunas.

After a selection process in assemblies at school level, since last December six, these estudents were recognized as the best representatives to the great assembly of the Yunior and Senior High Students in Cuba that will be held on March 23 and 24 next year.

Yarianny Ramírez have studied for three years at the Agricultural Polytechnic Institute Ernesto Guevara, Dayán Pompa for two years at the Eleventh Festival Polytechnic Institute and Yaikel Céspedes is a twelfth grader from the Senior High of Pedagogical Sciences Protesta de Baraguá.

The main topics that the three direct delegates will expose are directed to the role of the student leaders in the teaching centers, the preparation for the defense of the homeland, mainly among the girls, the effectiveness of the actions for the achievement of a healthy, learned and useful recreation, and the popularization of the actions of this student structure.

The experiences to recruit youths to study pedagogical careers and the linking of the adolescents to learn jobs related with the agriculture constitute other topics to be debated in the Congress.

The three direct representatives of the FEEM from Las Tunas to the Eleventh Congress, are part of a delegation of 37 youths that will be integrated by nine cadres of that Federation and 25 students that will be elected during the municipal assemblies, to take place in the eight municipalities of the province in January.
