Cuba offers help to rebuild Angola

"Rebuilding a country after several years of war is a very hard task, but governmental efforts and Cuban help can make it possible," the Cuban diplomat stated.
The 15,000 medical consultations and about 700 surgeries the Cuban medical brigade has done in only two months is an example that Cubans favor 's recovery.
